We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and camera-confident Live Sales & Content Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who love social media, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a creative retail environment. If you’re passionate about live selling, content creation, fashion, lifestyle products, and building authentic customer connections, we’d love to meet you.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our brand to life through engaging TikTok, Instagram, and Whatnot live shopping experiences, customer interaction, product showcasing, and in-store support.
Responsibilities:
- Host and take complete responsibilities of TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and Whatnot shopping events and product showcases
- Engage with online viewers and in-store customers in an energetic, authentic, and personable way
- Help create engaging, entertaining, and interactive live content
- Present products confidently while highlighting features, promotions, and new arrivals
- Assist with social content creation and brainstorming ideas to grow audience engagement
- Organize merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays
- Support daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate on creative initiatives to increase brand visibility and online growth
Qualifications:
- Comfortable being on camera and interacting with customers
- Friendly, energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Experience in social media, live selling, content creation, or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or Whatnot platforms is a must
- Retail, sales, customer service, experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
