Alex is a Police Officer with the Virginia Tech Police Department. Although her main priority is the safety of Virginia Tech students, faculty, and staff, Alex also has a strong focus on improving the everyday safety and awareness in residence life. She works with resident advisors to develop initiatives that will improve the students’ lives. Alex also walks us through a typical night shift and explains the great lengths the school goes to to ensure the campus is safe for all.
