>> My name is Murtaza Jaffer. I am a partner at EBC Printing. I am a print solutions provider, providing services in printing, signage, corporate apparel and promotional products. So a lot of times companies need to promote their organization in order to have a voice with their target audience. So with promotional products, we see a lot in the nonprofit segment. A lot of the nonprofit organizations here in the Lehigh Valley use promotional products to market themselves. So they'll come to somebody like myself to come up with a solution for them of what promotional product will be best suited for their needs based on budget, quality, the type of campaign that they're running. Based on that, my role is to come up with the solution for them. From a design standpoint, they come to us and say "This is the kind of idea we have" and depending on the client, we take that Inception idea and put it into a sketch. So we work with our graphics designers and put out some drawings for them to select then we go into the proofing stage. So let's say if it's a trade show material that we're producing, we will come up with a sketch and we will print something on let's say a vinyl material and show it to the client. And if it meets their needs, it's approved then we go into the production phase. [inaudible] production phase, we use our in-house facility to produce all their trade show materials and we then go into delivery or distribution services. So my main role in the company is marketing and sales and my brother's is more accounting and operations. So marketing is a lot of fun, I'm the outside person, so I have my main responsibility is to number one, build relationships with the community and with our clients and number two is to provide solutions to our clients.
