What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product testing and analysis to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support the technical services team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
What Are We Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college majoring in Chemical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or QC.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to learn and apply technical knowledge effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
