Our firm is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and hard working Business Development Representative to help manage and grow our client base. As a crucial part of the team, this person will generate leads, qualify prospects, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business and drive revenue.
The Business Development Representative will:
- Identify and secure business opportunities by generating leads and qualifying customers in the home improvement sector.
- Meet directly with potential customers to discuss services, conduct product presentations, and accommodate specific consumer needs.
- Act as the face of our company in all outreach campaigns.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a smooth transition to the appointment setter, sales team, and final contract.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback to maximize client satisfaction and ongoing brand loyalty.
